The building from Biserica Amzei Street no. 30 belonged in the past to the Catargiu family, one of the famous aristocratic families of Bucharest. It was built at the end of the 18th century and was decorated at that time by renowned craftsmen from Italy. The aristocratic style architecture with arches, stucco, large rooms and terrace has the signature of the great past and the noble atmosphere of Little Paris, as Bucharest was once called.
